About the event
This sun-soaked, 1990s-inspired take on As You Like It, the glamour and drama of Beverly Hills collide with Shakespeare’s wild romantic comedy. After being pushed out of their privileged social world, Rosalind and her friends escape to a laid-back, bohemian retreat far from the country club scene, where disguises, tangled love stories, and nonstop flirting turn the rules of popularity upside down. Inspired by the iconic energy of Beverly Hills, 90210, this production blends grunge, gossip, and teen-soap heartbreak with Shakespeare’s wit, proving that love is just as messy in the ‘90s as it was in the 1590s.
